Email not received
Didn’t receive a confirmation email from us after your online order? You’ll be missing important information regarding how to obtain your participant card. What to do?
Step 1
Check your inbox carefully. Our emails often end up in the spam folder. It’s also possible that our email landed in a different tab in your mailbox. This happens quite often with Gmail.
Step 2
Contact us at inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org. Let us know when you registered and under which name. You will then receive the link to your order status page and a new password for your My KMS Account.

Online orders without a discount voucher
Once your payment has been processed, we will mail your participant card(s) to you, provided your address is in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. If your address is in another country, you must pick up your participant card at the KennedyCorner, during the Meet & Greet, or starting 45 minutes before the start at the Mulders Pavilion on the Markt. Participant cards are not mailed out immediately. We collect the cards before posting them, so it may take 1 or 2 weeks. If you haven’t received anything one week before the march, please let us know by email at inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org, mentioning your order number.
Competition class
Participants for the Kennedy-Mars competition class will not receive their participant card by mail. Are you a competitive walker? You can pick up your participant card at the competition office. Click here for more information.
Online order with a discount voucher
Once your payment has been processed, we will prepare the participant card(s) for your order. Because you ordered one or more participant cards using a discount voucher, we cannot mail the cards to you. You can pick up the participant card(s) at the KennedyCorner, during the Meet & Greet, or starting 45 minutes before the start at the Mulders Pavilion on the Markt in Sittard. Please bring your voucher(s) with you when picking up your order!
Competition class
Participants for the Kennedy-Mars competition class will receive their participant card at the competition office before the start. Click here for more information.
