Route description 2026 – Mini-mars

START: Oude Markt, Sittard

Start; Oude Markt turn left (= Kloosterplein), after 50m turn right (= Deken Thijssenstraat), after 150m turn left (= Begijnenhofstraat), at the end of the road turn right (= Brandstraat), at the Parklaan intersection go straight ahead due to roadworks and then after 50m turn left (= Sjteegske), cross the end of Sjteegske (= Wilhelminastraat) into Kleine Steeg. Cross Agricolastraat into Steegstraat. At the end of the road turn right (= Ophoven). 1^st turn right (= Geuweg). Cross Rijksweg Zuid (= Geuweg). Cross the railway and then turn right (= Seringenstraat). At the end of the road turn left (= Geraniumstraat). After +/- 150 meters follow the path on the right towards the railway bridge. After the railway bridge turn left (= Bokscoulweg). At the end of the road turn right (= Lissabonlaan). 1^st turn right (= Parijsboulevard). 2^nd turn left (= Stockholmstraat). At the traffic lights cross Bergerweg (= Industriestraat). In Industriestraat take the first street on the left (= Fischerpad). Go through the tunnel and immediately after turn right (= Steijnkuilweg). At the end of the road turn right (= Leeuwerik). Continue following this lane until the end of the farmland on the left. At the trash can before the playing field, take the path to the left. This leads to the Ringweg in Limbricht (5 km). Cross Ringweg and enter Prof. Mentenlaan. At the end turn right (= Achter de Hoven) and immediately turn left again (= Salviusstraat). At Bovenstraat turn left and then immediately turn right again (= Sportlaan). 1^st turn right (= Kennedylaan). 2^nd road turn left (= Vredeslaan). Continue your way across the parking lot on your right side. Cross Bornerweg and enter Beekstraat. At the end of Beekstraat turn right via the Platz through Steenstraat, further on Burg. van Boxtelstraat. At the end go straight ahead. On Onderste Sittarderweg after 100 m at the level of the railway crossing turn left (= Henschenveldweg). Continue following Henschenveldweg until the Hasseltsebaan / N276 crossing at the traffic lights. Cross Hasseltsebaan / N276 (= Hoogveldlaan). Continue following Hoogveldlaan. After the tunnel under the railway turn right via the parallel road (= Rijksweg Noord). 2^nd road turn left (Heistraat, Overhoven). At community center Oos Kaas (= Heistraat) keep right (= Heistraat, Overhoven). Cross at the end of the road l.a. (= Odasingel). Continue on Odasingel until Haspelsestraat, here r.a. and then cross Haspelsestraat l.a. (= Lank Getske). At the Rosaflat r.a. (= Kerkepad) and then l.a. (= Achter Fort Picard). End of path r.a. (= Paardestraat). End of street r.a. (= Putstraat, Markt). Finish.
