L.a. (=Kloosterplein), after 50m r.a. (= Deken Thijssenstraat), Haspelsestraat, cross Odasingel (= Dr. Nolenslaan). At the intersection l.a. (= Baandertweg). End of the road r.a. (= Overhoven). At the three-way junction go straight ahead (= Heistraat). At the fork r.a. (= Nusterweg). At the traffic lights cross Dr. Nolenslaan and go straight towards Nieuwstadt (= Nusterweg, Sittarderweg, Op de Brug). In Nieuwstadt keep following the main road (= Gouverneur Houbenstraat / Susterderweg). After the Susterderweg / Grachtstraat / Beijerstraat intersection, keep left and continue on the path towards Susteren. After the Susteren town sign r.a. (= Heerenstraat / Parallelweg). Keep right (= Bosstraat, Rijdtstraat). End of the road l.a. (= Broekweg) and immediately r.a. again (=Heidestraat). After the end of the built-up area, keep following Heidestraat / Susterderweg. At the four-way junction l.a. (= Hoogstraat). 1st road r.a. (= Marksingel). At the three-way junction r.a (= Slekkerstraat) and then keep right (= Roterweg). End of the road at the Sint Antonius chapel, 1st l.a. (= Dorpstraat / Pastoor Cramerstraat). 4th street r.a. (= Schoolstraat). 2nd road r.a. towards Scouting Pey rest point (= Kerkstraat Peij).
Pey Rest Area: Scouting Pey Kerkstraat Peij 9A (14.3 km)
After the Scouting Pey rest point, continue towards the main road (= Houtstraat). Here r.a. until the crossing point l.a. Cross Houtstraat via Clarastraat. 1st road r.a. (= Jacobastraat). 1st street l.a. (= Hoogveldsweg) and again 1st road l.a. = Kasteelweg. At the fork r.a. (= Kasteelweg) and 1st l.a. (=Hoogveldsweg). 3rd road r.a. (= In de Plamten). 1st road r.a. (= Op den Dijk). At the four-way junction go straight ahead (= Leenderstraat). At the three-way junction l.a. (= Bredeweg). End of the road r.a. over the bike path (= Heerdstraat / Vlootveestraat). 2nd road r.a. (= Veestraat). At the four-way junction r.a. (= Boekhorstweg). At the three-way junction Annendaalderweg l.a. (= Annendaalderweg). At the three-way junction Annendaalderweg / Kerkweg keep left, towards Posterholt. On Echterboschbaan keep left on the bike path. Via the Annendaalsedijk, further on Boomstraat, towards Posterholt. At the roundabout l.a. (= Hoofdstraat). Follow this until the church. Here r.a. (=Nieuw Holsterweg) 1st road l.a. (= Heerbaan).
Posterholt Rest Area: Sporthal De Wieë, Heerbaan 28 (28.1 km).
100 m after the sports hall turn left (= Streekelsweg) and immediately turn right (= Hoofdstraat). At the five-way junction take Burg. Geradtsstraat. In Reutje keep following Sint Josephstraat. At the three-way junction go straight (= Heidestraat). Follow this road until the priority road (= Waarderweg). Turn left there. Take the first road on the left (= Sweeltjesbosweg). After the small bridge take the 1st road on the right (= Broekweg). At the end of the road in Montfort (35.5 km) turn left (= Dijk) and immediately turn right again (= Dijkstraat/Aan het Water, Huysdijk). After the ruins turn right (= Oude Brachterweg). Cross the priority road and turn left via the bike path (= Huysbongerdweg). Now take the first road on the right (= Reigersbroekweg, Bajonetweg, Renserweg). After the small bridge turn right (= Heuvelstraat). Cross the tracks and follow the road over the A73 motorway. Then cross the Rijksweg (= Heuvelstraat). Now take the 1st road on the right (= Heerenweg) and then the 1st road on the left (= Tramlaan). At the end of the road turn left (= Kerkstraat) and then immediately cross Kerkstraat to Rector Hendrixstraat on the right (= Rector Hendrikxstraat).
Maasbracht Rest Area: Community Center Baekerhoes, Kerkstraat 1 (42.3 km)
From Rector Hendrikxstraat l.a. (= Op de Berg). Follow this road and go straight at the fork. Cross the small square diagonally. Leave Op de Berg via the steps and then r.a. (=Hofstraat) and immediately l.a. (=Kempweg / Kloosterstraat).
Note: Due to the steps, wheelchair users should keep right at the Op de Berg fork and then turn left (=Kempweg / Kloosterstraat)
After the A2 viaduct, at the 2nd roundabout r.a. (= Brouwersstraat). After the A2 exit r.a. onto the Maasbrug towards Wessem. At the end of the bridge, take the stairs down on the left to Wessem (47.5 km). End of the stairs l.a. (= Molenweg).
Note: At the end of the exit on the roundabout, wheelchair users should go straight ahead via Pastoor Janssenstraat to Molenweg.
After Café de Hook turn left (= Wallenstraat). At the end of the street turn right (= Maasboulevard). Follow the parallel road on the right (= Beekstraat). Immediately after the church turn left, cross the small bridge (= Oude Thornerweg). At the end of the path turn left and follow Thornerweg into Thorn.
Thorn Rest Area: Aod Thoear, Steegputstraat 2 (51.7 km)
Turn left into Trippaardstraat. At the three-way junction go straight (= Hoogstraat). Take the 1st road on the left (= Kerkberg) and before the church turn right (= Wijngaard, Daalstraat). At the fork turn left (= Beekstraat, Kessenicherweg, Thornerweg, Schoorstraat). In Kessenich (53.6 km): after café Bertus take the first street on the left (= Kerkstraat). At the end of the road turn right (= Agropolispark). Follow Agropolispark via the bike path over the dike along the Maas. After the end of the bike path turn left (= Dalerstraat). Take the 1st street on the right (= Vroenhof). In Geistingen (56.8 km) at the end of the road turn left (= Geistingen). After café Het Orgelhuys turn left (= Bekerstraat, Heerweg). At the four-way junction turn left (= Maastraat). At the Dalerstraat fork cross straight over and follow the footpath.
At the fork r.a. (= Maasdijk / Leeuwerikstraat). At the four-way junction (= junction 25) l.a. (= Herenlaakweg) and r.a. (= Broekstraat). On Broekstraat, 1st street r.a. (= Broekstraat). At the three-way junction keep left (= Javanastraat) and then at the three-way junction r.a. (= Hamontweg). At the fork keep right (= Bloesemweg). Before the roundabout, go left through the cyclist tunnel and then left-right (= Kluisstraat), into Maaseik (61.3 km). End of the street r.a. and immediately l.a. (= Venlosesteenweg, Eikerstraat). At the Market l.a. (= Bleumerstraat). Via the footpath over the ring road and across the Maasbrug. In Roosteren (64.3 km) after house number 32 l.a. (= Op de Kampes) and r.a. (= Eyckholtstraat). End of the road l.a. (= Maasheuvel). First road r.a. (= Schettereind). On the priority road l.a. (= Kasteel ter Borchstraat, Maaseikerweg).
In Dieteren (67 km) immediately take the first (closed) road l.a. (= Roosterderweg). End of the road r.a. (= Kerkstraat) and immediately l.a. (= Vleutstraat).
Dieteren Rest Area: Community Center De Koppel, Vleutstraat 22 (67.3 km)
Twice r.a. (= Louerstraat). Through the small tunnel 1st r.a. (= Chris Plitscherlaan). After the playground l.a. (=Posterholtlaan) and then 3rd l.a. (=Schutterslaantje) and immediately l.a. again (=Poorterslaan). End of the road r.a. (=Louerstraat) until the Oude Rijksweg in Susteren (68.5 km) r.a. Cross Oude Rijksweg at Swentiboldstraat and then from Swentiboldstraat after 150 m r.a. (=Feurthstraat). Feurthstraat turns into Marktstraat, keep following. End of Markt l.a. (= Salvatorstraat). At the intersection go straight ahead to Salvatorplein. Right past the church (= Relindisstraat, Op de Wallen, Abdijlaan). On Abdijlaan, take the third road r.a. (= Molenveldweg). Second street r.a. (= In de Mehre). On Stationsstraat r.a. and after the railway crossing, take the bike path towards Nieuwstadt. In Nieuwstadt (73.1 km) first street r.a (= Grachtstraat). 2nd road l.a. (= Susterderpoort). 2nd street l.a. (= Markt) and immediately r.a. end of Markt l.a. (= Haverterstraat) and 2nd road r.a. (= Haverterpoort / Sint Maartenswal). End of street r.a. (= Hoofdstraat) and then l.a. at the gas station (= Millenerpoort). On the priority road r.a. (= Op de Brug, Sittarderweg, Nusterweg).
In Sittard (76.5 km) at the traffic lights turn right (= Dr. Nolenslaan). Cross at Heuts Automaterialen and then turn left (= Rijksweg Noord) and follow the bike path on the left. After the roundabout take the 2nd road on the left (= Heistraat, Overhoven). At the Oos Kaar community center (= Heistraat) keep right (= Heistraat, Overhoven). At the end of the road cross over and turn left (= Odasingel). Continue on Odasingel until Haspelsestraat, turn right here and then cross Haspelsestraat and turn left (= Lank Getske). At the Rosaflat turn right (= Kerkepad) and then left (= Achter Fort Picard). At the end of the path turn right (= Paardestraat). At the end of the street turn right (= Putstraat, Markt). Finish.
