Route & Support

Aid Stations

We'll take good care of you along the way. Food and drinks are provided at various locations.

Rest areas have been set up for walkers during the Kennedy-Mars and the Swentibold-Mars.

First of all, there are the aid stations. Free bread and fruit are provided here, and a first aid team is on standby. Most main stations also have a massage station. This treatment is free of charge.

In addition to the aid stations, there are also several intermediate points. These are simpler refreshment points where only (bottled) drinks and sometimes fruit are provided.

Participants in the Kennedy-Mars competitive class will receive additional support along the way.

In addition to the support mentioned above, various catering establishments along the route are open to walkers. An overview of open catering establishments along the Kennedy-Mars route can be downloaded here.
