Change distance
If you have registered for a specific march, it is possible to change your distance later. If the registration fee for the new march is higher, you must pay the difference. If the registration fee is lower, no refund of the difference will be provided. For changes, please contact inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org.
Unable to attend due to injury or illness
If you have registered and are unable to participate due to injury or illness, no refund of the registration fee will be given. However, you can transfer your registration to next year. In case you cannot participate, please contact inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org
Discount schemes
Group discount
When you register at least 10 people at once, you receive a group discount. This discount is available during the early registration period. Unfortunately, group discounts for competitive walkers are not possible. Groups can register via the online registration system or via a downloadable registration form.
Option 1: online group registration (up to approx. 15 people)
You can register online using the button at the top of this page. From the 10th participant onwards, the group discount is automatically applied. After registering as a group, you can still add walkers to the group online as an additional order. However, this is only possible during the period when group registrations are open (see below). For online group registrations, you can add participants via your My KMS Account, for which you will receive login details after your first order.
Option 2: group registration via the group registration form
For large groups (15+ people), it is often more convenient to register using the group registration form. You can download the relevant form below. Further instructions are also provided on this form.

Voucher
Do you have a voucher? You can participate for free in the walking tour mentioned on the voucher. Bring the voucher to one of the registration locations. After filling out a registration form, you will receive your free participant card immediately. Unfortunately, online registration with a voucher is not possible.
FSI
Are you a member of the Social Institutions Fund (FSI)? You will receive a significant discount on participating in one of our marches: a 50% discount on the Kennedy-Mars and Swentibold-Mars, and a 100% discount on the Mini-Mars.
You do not register via our website, but via the FSI website (www.stichtingfsi.nl/kennedymars) using your membership number. You will receive a registration form from FSI. Follow the instructions on this form to receive your participant card(s).
KWBN / Wandelsport Vlaanderen
Member of the Royal Dutch Walking Association (KWBN) or Wandelsport Vlaanderen? You will receive a €1 discount on the regular registration fee. The discount is personal and is only provided upon presentation of your Wandelvoordeelpas.
Bring your Wandelvoordeelpas/membership card to one of the registration locations. After filling out a registration form and paying in cash, you will receive your discounted participant card immediately. Due to the personal nature of the discount, online registration with this discount is unfortunately not possible.
Overnight stay
Book your accommodation here at Watersley Sport & Talent Park with very special Kennedy-Mars rates. Walkers can book both Friday and Saturday nights with a 25% discount at the SEPHS Hotel or The Tower Sports Hostel.
