You&#8217;ll be missing important information regarding how to obtain your participant card.  <strong>What to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"blink-block empty-space empty-space--medium \" ><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Check your inbox carefully. Our emails often end up in the spam folder. It&#8217;s also possible that our email landed in a different tab in your mailbox. This happens quite often with Gmail.   <\/p>\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"blink-block empty-space empty-space--small \" ><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact us at <a href=\"mailto:inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org\">inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org<\/a>. Let us know when you registered and under which name. You will then receive the link to your order status page and a new password for your My KMS Account.  <\/p>\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"blink-block empty-space empty-space--small \" ><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The other information included in our confirmation email is shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"blink-block empty-space empty-space--medium \" ><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"ghostkit-grid ghostkit-grid-gap-md equal-height-columns\"><div class=\"ghostkit-grid-inner\">\n<div class=\"ghostkit-col ghostkit-col-md-12 ghostkit-col-6\"><div class=\"ghostkit-col-content is-layout-flow wp-block-ghostkit-grid-column-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<div class=\"eye-block eye-card bg--darkblue \">\r\n    <div class=\"card-inner padding-large\">\r\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Online orders without a discount voucher<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your payment has been processed, we will mail your participant card(s) to you, provided your address is in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. If your address is in another country, you must pick up your participant card at the KennedyCorner, during the Meet &amp; Greet, or starting 45 minutes before the start at the Mulders Pavilion on the Markt. Participant cards are not mailed out immediately. We collect the cards before posting them, so it may take 1 or 2 weeks. If you haven&#8217;t received anything one week before the march, please let us know by email at inschrijvingen@kennedymars.org, mentioning your order number.      <\/p>\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"blink-block empty-space empty-space--small \" ><\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competition class<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants for the Kennedy-Mars competition class will not receive their participant card by mail. Are you a competitive walker? Because you ordered one or more participant cards using a discount voucher, we cannot mail the cards to you.
