Rest areas have been set up for walkers during the Kennedy-Mars and the Swentibold-Mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First of all, there are the aid stations. Free bread and fruit are provided here, and a first aid team is on standby. Most main stations also have a massage station. This treatment is free of charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the aid stations, there are also several intermediate points. These are simpler refreshment points where only (bottled) drinks and sometimes fruit are provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants in the Kennedy-Mars competitive class will receive additional support along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the support mentioned above, various catering establishments along the route are open to walkers. An overview of open catering establishments along the Kennedy-Mars route can be downloaded here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
